I unbox and test out the Hoover Windtunnel Bagless Vacuum Cleaner, Model UH70120 in this vid. The new vacuum was bought through Quill for the Red Bud Inn Inc. Be our guest online at http://RedBudInn-Inc.com
This unit worked better than a ShopVac at getting deep down dirt and untangling and removing hair and fibers.

Follow up with How to Empty a Hoover Windtunnel Bagless

In this video I demonstrate how to empty the dust chamber of the Hoover Windtunnel bagless vacuum cleaner. There is also a process for cleaning the HEPA filter but that’s not included.
This shows how to remove dirt, debris, sawdust, ash, fiber, hair, and dust that was sucked up by my Windtunnel enough to completely fill the container.

After 3 months of use it was time to empty it for the follow up video. It was starting to lose suction especially with the tool accessories. The top has a pressure indicator that rolls over from green to red when running. The more red the more full. So I show how to open and clean out the Windtunnel chamber into a trash can. A button on top disengages the chamber which pivots off of a hinged front edge. Then a button on a grey lever unlocks the bottom. For smaller quantities this may be all that’s needed to empty it.

It is a demonstration to the fullest. This video is an example of a full chamber canister so the top will have to come off. Tabs hold the top on and unlock with a twist. Be careful not to spill the chamber as you lift the top out of it. Hairs will collect on the filter holes that may not suck through and can be removed. Thought I might do this without getting dirty but I couldn’t. Mostly because of stuff coming out through the intake chute of the canister. The chamber itself occupies one hand but is not much use as a tool to clear the filter assembly. A stray dust bunny evaded me that I hope will just blow into the chamber when I start the vacuum. The removable plastic parts are easy to clean with water and dishwasher safe. Then the tabs are lined up to push the top back on, twist on, and lock. Then I cleaned up my mess with my Hoover Windtunnel bagless vacuum cleaner.
